The Easiest Pasta Recipe Ever: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Pasta is my go to for quick and easy meals.  Spaghetti aglio e olio from Lola is the easiest pasta dish you'll ever make.  Minced garlic cloves are cooked in olive oil to release their flavor.  Al dente spaghetti is tossed with the oil and served with a sprinkling of parmesan or pecorino cheese.  If you like spice, you can also add red chili flakes or dried peperoncino peppers to the oil for a nice kick of heat.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

2-3 garlic cloves (or more to taste), minced
1/2 dried peperoncino red chili pepper, crumbled, or more to taste
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pound uncooked spaghetti
