Pumpkin Spice Biscotti and Yogurt Parfait

November 6, 2014

Dunking a crisp biscotti (a traditional Italian twice-baked cookie) into a hot beverage or sweet wine is one of life’s simple and delicious pleasures. But these tasty cookies are not just for dunking. We’ve turned one of our favorite cookies (just 110 calories per cookie) into a scrumptious yogurt parfait, and it’s a treat the whole family will love. For a limited time during the holiday season, Nonni’s (makers of all-natural, low-calorie gourmet cookies) is featuring two festive flavors - Gingerbread and Pumpkin Spice. Both are perfect for dunking or adding to your favorite dessert, like our parfaits. Best of all, this parfait is low in fat and calories!
