Summer eating means lightening up the family favorite recipes. We love to eat pizza every week, but it's nice to have something a little different once in a while, and this pizza is certainly different.

Chicken with barbeque sauce, cream cheese and apricots, give this a lighter than air flavor; perfect for spring dinner and really unique. It's the combination of sweet, spicy, creamy, and crunchy that grabs you. The dough is actually spread extremely thin and baked before topping. That makes it especially crispy (one of our favorite ways to enjoy pizza dough) and helps it hold up to the copious toppings.
