Hi my name is Lea. I try to live a healthy lifestyle and I love anything coconut..thus the name of my blog :) My blog is about trying to live healthy whilelife happens.

I like running, hiking, yoga and any outdoor fitness activities that are fun. Living in Southern California, it is hard not to enjoy the outdoors.

I am nearly wed, soon to be a bride and currently planning my destination wedding in paradise in May 2011.
