Well, I like food. Not very unique, I know.

But to expound a little... I'm usually mindful of health when cooking. I like to use organic ingredients, as much as possible. Although, I'm not that neurotic about it. However, I would make necessary changes if I find that I can cut down on calories, sodium, fat or unnecessary additives, without sacrificing flavor. And yes, I will pick flavor over tradition any day.

Oh yeah, I'm not afraid to take shortcuts either. And as far as ingredients, less is definitely more, as long as quality is not skimped on.
