Been in formulation & blending of food chemicals, spice blends, mixes, flavors and seasonings since 1977. 1980 to present, managing own companies involved in recipe/product development, formulation and processing, spice and ingredients blending, food business set-up and franchising, trading of raw mats and indent sales of choiced cuts of meat from different countries.
In my personal web/blog I always issue “food ideas that you never had thought possible” or “cost cutting measures on your recipes/food formulations” (ruling out some or any ingredient REDUNDANT to the end taste of product-or suggest substitute(s) for truer palate satisfaction) or “more in-depth and technical info on your present raw mats”.
Not a “cook” nor a “chef” but somewhere in-between and would prefer to be addressed as an “ingredients man”. My knack is on the right & proper ingredients you have to use to satisfy desired taste which is why some call me..."the ingredients specialist".
My interests: concocting food recipes, formulate ingredients & spice blends and presenting tastiest food made with "just right ingredients", golf, pistol and rifle competitive shooting and photography.
