Eden

I love gardening and growing my own organic food, My goal is to work with the seasonal changes to manage pests and weed control. My horse contributes to the garden by being a four legged grass composter. When I travel I enjoy trying the favorite local dishes. I find recipes for them in locally published cook books and try my best to replicate them once I'm home. My favorite cooks' store to shop is DeHillerin's in Paris. If you get there be sure to go downstairs.
