Because it's so rich already, I would consider serving it with either a beef or light mushroom au jus. If you want something more substantial, try a mushroom gravy. Personally, I might try something with a little bite of horseradish in it.
Beef Wellington truly needs no sauce, however as is mentioned above a creamy horseradish sauce served on the side would add a little punch without overbearing the beef.
