Question: I have questions on weights. Please see the details.

I have been trying to find the weights per ounces for the following items, which I need to have so I can try creating something different. They are:
1) rum extract
2) vanilla bean paste
3) almond extract
4) ground pumpkin
5) pumpkin pie spice
6) raisins

When you say ounces, do you mean volume as in measured in a measuring cup?
If that's the case, we can approximate some of the above. For example, rum extract and almond extract is mostly alcohol and some water. It's not exact, but pretty close that 1 fluid ounce = 1 ounce of weight for water and alcohol.
