Debbie, Not sure what the readers would say, but my own recipes, I have positive comments on a few dishes.
1. Vegetarian Lasagna - it doesn't need meat to be great.
2. Vegetarian chili- all that spice- who would know it was tofu?
3. Stuffed green chilis- Poblanos stuffed w/ chard , currants & pine nuts- forget the meat!
I have many vegetarian recipes on my blog , but the one that gets the most comments is "Thyme with sesame seeds and olive oil "Pizza.
