Once opened how long can a bottle of bbq sauce stay unrefrigerated

It depends on the ingredients and the weather. Most BBQ sauce has vinegar & salt in it which helps to preserve it. A day or two, I wouldn't think twice about for most of them. That being said- I store mine in the refer, why take a chance?
