thats really easy if u follow the simple instructions below,
Ingrediants-
Combine nearly 1000gms or 1kg of tri tip beef roast with onions,a little ghee or clarified butter,1tsp hot sauce alongwith teriyaki sauce and A1 type steak sauce,garlic with the choicest of dry red wine chianti wine and crushed red pepper flakes and pop them into a zip top bag making sure its air tight and keep in refrigerator for like 24 hours but making sure u toss and turn it atleast once every hour.
