Baked Corn Souffle

Ingredients

2 eggs lightly whisked
1/2 cup melted butter
1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn drained
1 16 oz. can cream-style corn

Preparation

Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Add each of the other ingredients, whisking them in as you go. Place in a 9- by 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until set and golden brown.

Makes 12 servings.

This recipe can be easily doubled for a potluck supper. Increase baking time to about an hour.
