- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream(optional)

Step 1
In a large bowl, blend milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Refrigerate the batter for 1 hour before using.

In a saucepan over medium heat, add Nutella and stir. Then add butter and milk, stirring until the sauce is melted and shiny.

Use an ice cream scoop or a small espresso cup to get even-sized pancakes.

Cook each pancake for 3-4 minutes per side over medium-high heat in an oiled pan (with cooking spray).
