My passion is good healthy food.
My heritage is very important to me,I am Greek and I love the flavors,spices,colors and generally the taste of Greece.
My parents emigrated to Canada when I was young and for that reason my love for my heritage never diminished.
I have published 2 books,one about Greek food "Take the taste of Greece with you" in English, a wonderful coffee table book that received an award from the Gourmand World cook book awards,Best in Canada and best in the World for the year 2008 in Paris.
Boukia Boukia is a wonderful book about international finger food in Greek.
My new project children's books with a little cooking,educational for age 6-11.
