Oprah Winfrey Lost 25 Pounds on New Diet

Oprah Winfrey has started a new diet and has reportedly lost 25 pounds in just six weeks. Winfrey has hired a new personal chef who helped her develop a healthy eating plan. 

"Oprah has absolutely flipped for the new chef," a source said. "The personalized diet Oprah's been following uses a combination of fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken and lean meat. It's low in fat and calories but still leaves her feeling full." 

Winfrey began gaining weight when she decided to launch her own television network, which was much more stressful than she originally anticipated. However, the talk show host has finally found the right diet to help her drop the pounds. 

"This program is a lifestyle change and it stresses eating the right kind of foods to sustain energy and good health," the source added. "And Oprah just loves it."
