Around the World: Korean Beef Rib Wraps

Get a delicious taste of Korea with this Beef Rib Wraps recipe. This savory and sweet dish includes quite a few ingredients, but from the sound of things the hard work will all be worth it. Served on a bed of lettuce with a bit of sriracha sauce for a kick, these beef rib wraps are sure to impress at any dinner party. 

Korean Beef Rib Wraps

- 600g short beef ribs, cut lengthways
- 2 small Romaine lettuce, picked and washed
- sriracha sauce, to taste
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 gloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 squirt Korean chili sauce
- 1/2 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 splashes fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
