How to Make Thai Peanut Sauce

March 4, 2015

Creamy peanut dipping sauce is made with all-natural peanut butter and a mixture of fragrant spices including garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice.  This Thai inspired condiment is classically served with chicken satay or summer rolls and can be used as a dressing in a gluten-free chicken noodle bowl or broccoli salad, to name a few.  I suggest making a large batch of this sauce so that you can use it in several meals.  Sometimes I even dip my celery sticks and baby carrots in peanut sauce to enjoy as a simple snack.
