Following are the duties of a bar boy:
1 Preparing and set up the bar and bar waiter station with ice, glasses and replenish as required.
2 Set up and empty garbage containers in bar, pantry and bar waiter station.
3 Wash Glasses and bar hand tools in appropriate racks and store correctly.
4 Set up and maintain glass washing machine throughout service.
5 Cleaning the bar and pantry clear from debris, floor clean and dry.
6 Duties in any kinds of party.
7 Loading the beverage stock and issuing the beverage stock.
