Granola is a baked mixture of oats, honey, sometimes grains, nuts and dried fruit. It is generally eaten as a breakfast or snack food.
You can sprinkle it on top of yogurt, ice cream or fresh fruit, for a crunchy healthy added texture. You can also just add milk and eat it like cereal or put some in a container to be nibbled on as a snack during the day.

Eat it plain...put milk on it and eat it like cereal...warm it with the milk on it for hot cereal...mix it with yogurt and fresh fruit...bake with it...put it in pancakes or on pancakes. A fairly healthy snack.
