You should be able to cook it like any other rice- 1 part rice and 1 1/2 parts liquid.

Wrong answer. It's not rice, its chipped maize/mealie/corn. Cooking it as rice makes a heap of stodge. Was also hoping to find a non-retard answer here somewhere so that it could be made to come out with a more 'ricey' texture. No luck yet though..
