One 8-ounce package contains a total of 6 carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, and 2 grams of protein. Shirataki noodles are a perfect addition to stir-fries and soups. You can stock up and try new things to do with them as time goes by and inspiration strikes. I have some packs of shirataki noodles in my refrigerator, the expiration date of which is four months from now.
