You can purchase pomegranate juice at many stores under the brand name POM. You can add as little or as much as you like to satisfy your taste buds. Just follow your favorite vinaigrette recipe and add a some to that. I would use a either rice vinegar or diluted white vinegar as some of the heavier vinegars will mask the taste of the pomegranate.
