It is actually easier than you may think to make an elegant looking Crown of Lamb roast. A crown of Lamb roast is made simply by tying two racks of lamb together to create the resemblance of a crown. You can ask the butcher to assemble the crown roast for you. Make sure he removes the skin and chine bones.
