So much depends on the particular thing you are making (entree, side dish, dessert, or whatever) but generally speaking, I would not use grape juice. If you let me know what recipe you are considering then I'd be glad to be more specific.
Do you not drink wine because you don't like it or because you do not drink? I'd buy one of those little tiny bottles of wine at the liquor store or grocery store (called splits...like they serve on airplanes) and use that. Cook out the alcohol before you use it if you don't want to consume alcohol by just boiling it for 5 minutes or so in a small sauce pan. In no way would I use grape juice.
