Chile Relleno

Ingredients

1 pound Jack cheese
1 4 oz. can Ortega diced green chilies
1 tablespoon flour
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. jar tomato sauce
2 beaten eggs

Preparation

Alternate layers of shredded cheese and chilies in a baking dish

Beat eggs, flour and milk; pour over mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Drizzle tomato sauce over, then bake 15 minutes more. Cool for 10 minutes to set.
