Fried Plantains In Butter

Ingredients
2 lrg
Ripe plantain
4 ounces
Butter
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
Sugar
Coconut oil
Preparation
1
Peel
and
slice
the plantains.

Heat
butter and coconut oil in
frying
pan. Add plantain and
fry
for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Lift plantain with spatula from time to time to prevent sticking. Drain on paper towel.

Place on a
serving
dish
and sprinkle with lemon
juice
and sugar.
Serve
warm
with meat or fish.
