- 1 cup upma pre-mix
- 1.5 cup assorted vegetables
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Coriander(optional)
- 1/4 lime lime(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Bring two cups of water to a <a href="/W7VKDJHH">boil </a>in a pot.
Step 2
Drop the cup of pre-mix semolina into the water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Be sure to <a href="/DRM2WPZ4">stir </a>regularly to ensure no lumps are formed.
Step 4
When the semolina looks cooked (no more than 7 minutes, usually), <a href="/B52FHCF2">turn </a>off the gas.
Step 5
Add the vegetables. <a href="/DRM2WPZ4">Stir </a>thoroughly.
Step 6
<a href="/HZXPVMNR">Garnish </a>with the coriander and <a href="/KVDHNZ86">squeeze </a>a quarter of a lime over.
