  • 1 cup upma pre-mix
  • 1.5 cup assorted vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Coriander(optional)
  • 1/4 lime lime(optional)

Drop the cup of pre-mix semolina into the water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
