angel cake (store bought or homemade) |

sm. jar applesauce |
1 |
(8 oz.) container Cool Whip or whipped cream |
|
Red food coloring |

Step 1 |
Cut cake into 3 layers. Mix package of Jello and small jar of applesauce for filling. Assemble layers of cake and filling and top with tinted whipped cream. Keep chilled until ready to serve. |
