slice mozzerella cheese |

small jar tomato sauce |

Mushroom, sliced |

slices pepperoni |

Step 1 |
Cut English muffin in half and put in the toaster. Once toasted, spread 2 tablespoons tomato sauce on top. Add mushrooms and pepperoni slices. |
Step 2 |
Add the slice of cheese on top of sauce and toppings Place in microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. |
Step 3 |
Cool slightly and eat. |

Replace mushrooms and pepperoni with any other type of toppings like olives or fresh basil.
