1 pint sweet cream
2 eggs
1 little salt -pinch or a bit more
flour

Preparation

Make a well in the flour after sifting with the salt add liquids and egg and mix. Roll thin, dry until brittle. Cut in strips and drop in broth. Boil about 15 minutesThese are good with chicken
