Yield: About 1 cup

1 ½

parsley, chopped

½

cup olive oil

cup red wine vinegar

garlic cloves, peeled

1 ½

teaspoons Aji molido

½

teaspoon salt

Step 1

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender and serve in a bowl.

Classic Argentine sauce. Great on grilled meats and vegetables, also makes a nice dipping sauce for bread. Can be stored in the refrigerators for several weeks.
