Ingredients
1/2 cup
soy sauce
1/4 cup
brown sugar
1 teaspoon
ground ginger
1
clove garlic
, crushed
Preparation
1
Mix
all ingredients in small saucepan.
Heat
to
boil.
Reduce
heat
and
simmer
for 5 minutes. Remove from
heat
and
cool
completely. Great on chicken, beef or pork.
Marinate
at least 4 hours.
