Light Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

Preparation

Serve drizzled over an apple cake.

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except yogurt; mix well. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Boil 8 minutes without stirring. Cool to room temp. Add yogurt; blend well.
