Grilled Steak Stuffed With Colorful Swiss Chard and Creamy Blue Cheese

Ingredients

4 cups Swiss chard, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
8 tablespoons blue cheese , crumbled
16 ounces beef steak, thinly sliced into 8 pieces
grill seasoning

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium.

Mix Swiss Chard in a large bowl with garlic and rosemary. Take a slice of beef and lay it flat. Starting at the widest part of the steak place 1/8th of the Swiss chard and 1 tablespoon blue cheese. Roll up to seal the chard and cheese in the middle.

Sprinkle beef rolls with your favorite grill seasoning, or salt and pepper.

Spray beef rolls with olive oil cooking spray.

Place on grill and grill on one side for 3 – 4 minutes until lightly browned and then flip and grill another 3 – 4 minutes.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
