Key Lime Mousse Pie

Ingredients

crust
2 cups ground hazelnuts
generous
3 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons grated lime peel
2 tablespoons rum optional
2 dsh green food color
1/2 pint heavy cream whipped
1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Make crust: Combine all ingredients; blend well with fork. Pat into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 400 oven 5 to 6 minutes. Cool

Make filling: Beat eggs and sugar until lemon-colored and foamy; add butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until custard-like, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and peel, rum and food coloring. Cool to room temperature. Fold mousse into whipped cream and pour into pie shell. Chill. To serve, spread with sour
