Ingredients

Swordfish or salmon steak, 1 ½ inches thick
2/3 cup soy sauce
cup med. dry sherry
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon finely minced ginger
1 lg. clove garlic

Preparation

Mix and marinate swordfish for at least an hour. Broil or bar-B-Q on grill about 10 minutes.
