Noodle Stuff

Ingredients

1 sm. paper bag
1 pound Top Round or Tenderloin steak, 1 inch thick
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup cooking wine, if preferred
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Mixed Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
6 ounces egg noodles

Preparation

Cut steak into fifty-cent size pieces and pound flat. Put flour and steak into bag and shake so that steak is covered. Put 1/2 stick butter in skillet and saute onions and peppers. Place flour- covered steak into skillet and brown on both sides. After browning add sauce, sour cream, wine, salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika and bay leaf. Cook covered on medium heat, stirring occasionally, adding milk to keep mixture moist. Add salad dressing to taste, until steak is tender.
