Yield: 4 servings

[edit] Ingredients

1

teaspoon olive oil

2

cloves garlic, minced

½

cup dry white wine

¼

cup lemon juice

1

cup tomatoes, stewed

¼

cup basil

2

tablespoons parmesan cheese

½

teaspoon black pepper

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender. Remove from heat and pour wine.

Step 2

Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

Step 3

Serve over cooked pasta.
