cup dry white wine |

cup lemon juice |

cup tomatoes, stewed |

cup basil |

tablespoons parmesan cheese |

teaspoon black pepper |

Step 1 |
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender. Remove from heat and pour wine. |
Step 2 |
Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. |
Step 3 |
Serve over cooked pasta. |
