Low - Calorie Muffins

Ingredients

4 egg whites lightly beaten
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup apple concentrate
1 cup 100%% Bran
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add wet ingredients and mix together. Optional - 1/2 cup raisins. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 to 22 minutes. 24 muffins. 67 calories per muffin.
