Ingredients
2 mediums carrots, peeled and cut into 1 ¼ inch chunks
3 mediums parsnips, peeled and cut into 1 ¼ inch chunks
1 small ( ½ pound) yellow turnip, peeled and quartered
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
