Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Beat eggs separately add to mixture and mix. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of foil cupcake holder. Fill with mixture 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degree oven. After cakes cooltop with pie filling. Makes approximately 24.
