Ingredients

80 ml Coconut water
20 ml Pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Vanilla ice cream, (30 ml)
A dash of lime juice
3 Ice cubes
1 slc Pineapple
1 Cherry
1 sprg mint leaves

Preparation

1
BLEND all the ingredients in a mixer for two minutes. Pour into a margarita glass. Serve decorated with a pineapple slice, cherry and mint leaves.
