Fruit Salad Sorbet

Ingredients

225 grams Fresh/canned pineapple, peeled, core removed and cut into cubes
1 Mango, peeled, de-stoned and cut into cubes
1 Paw paw, peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes.
1 Orange, peeled and segmented
2 Lemons, juice
175 grams Icing sugar, (6oz)

Preparation

Place prepared fruit into a liquidizer or food processor and process with the lemon juice.

Add icing sugar and process for 1 minute.

Pour into an ice cream maker or freezer tray with lid. Freeze until slushy approximately 2-3 hours.

Return the mixture to the processor and process until smooth, this breaks down the ice particles.

Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
