Boysenberry Puree

Ingredients

2 packages x 10 oz
2 tablespoons Superfine sugar
1 tablespoon Kirsch or other
Cherry-flavoured brandy
Frozen Boysenberries --
Defrosted & drained

Preparation

Rub the Boysenberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine sieve set over a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and kirsch, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
