Ingredients

Sea bass
, (2 1/2 lb)

Lemon
, juice of
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh
oregano
Pepper
Preparation

Clean
and de-scale the sea bass, and
season
with pepper.

Heat
the
grill
to moderately hot. Place the fish in a lightly oiled
grill
pan and cook for 20-25 minutes,
turning
halfway through cooking.

Transfer the fish to a
warmed
serving
dish
.

Pour over the lemon
juice
and sprinkle with oregano.

Serve
the fish hot with
boiled
new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or leave to
cool
and
serve
cold with a salad.
