Heat the grill to moderately hot. Place the fish in a lightly oiled grill pan and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. |

Pour over the lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano. |

Serve the fish hot with boiled new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or leave to cool and serve cold with a salad. |
