Grilled Sea Bass

Ingredients

1 1/8 kg Sea bass, (2 1/2 lb)
1 Lemon, juice of
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh oregano

Preparation

Clean and de-scale the sea bass, and season with pepper.

Heat the grill to moderately hot. Place the fish in a lightly oiled grill pan and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Transfer the fish to a warmed serving dish.

Pour over the lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano.

Serve the fish hot with boiled new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or leave to cool and serve cold with a salad.
