Parmesan Mayonnaise

Ingredients
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons water
2 clv garlic
3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese coarse sea s
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Put the mayonnaise in a small bowl and stir in enough of the water to make a thin pourable sauce.

Pound the garlic to a paste with a little coarse sea salt.

Add this paste to the mayonnaise along with the grated Parmesan and stir well.

Thin the mayonnaise mixture with a little more water if necessary so that the sauce remains pourable.

Add black pepper to taste.

Makes 1 cup
