1 1/2 pounds loaf (20 slices)
3/4 cup mashed canned pears
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
cup water
4 teaspoons honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Select the loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.

NOTES : This was a big hit with us...however, the pepper didn't sound very appetizing so I substituted nutmeg.
