Jue's Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

5 mediums size potato - you can more if you wish
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons butter
To make the filling
oil for saute
1 onion - minced
250 grams of minced beef
frozen peas - handful
1 teaspoon mix dry herbs

Preparation

Wash the potatoes and boil them with the egg.

Peel the skin off the potatoes and mash will creamy. Add the shelled egg and mash together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Set aside.

Saute the onion till light brown. Add the rest of the ingredients in its order and stirring well. Cover the pan and cook for about 15minute in a low heat. Remove and let it cool. Remove the bay leaves.

Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. In a oven prove dish, put the cooled filling and space it out well as shown below. Spread the mashed potato over the filling, sealing nicely all around. Bake for about 30 min and its done.
