Summer Necatrine Crisp

Ingredients

2 pounds of Nectarines, cut into slices
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Topping ingredients
4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the topping ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Combine the fruit mixture until the fruit is well coated in the sugar and cornstarch.

Grease a baking dish and pour in the fruit mixture.

Pat down the crumble and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy hot with vanilla ice cream. yum.
